6. Toggling the assigned agent setting enables or disables the bot's involvement in handling conversations ?

Step 1. Go to particular chat where you want to "Enable" the ChatBot action.

OR

Step 1. Go to particular chat where you want to "Disable" the ChatBot action.

Note : If the "Toggling the assigned agent setting enables or disables the bot's involvement in handling conversations" is "Checked" then the above Actions "Enable" and "Disable" will be considerd by bot before it's triggering.

Note : If the "Toggling the assigned agent setting enables or disables the bot's involvement in handling conversations" is "UnChecked" then the above Actions "Enable" and "Disable" will be not considerd by bot and it will trigger.
