1. How to start a new chat on Whatstool Business platform?

  • First, ensure that you have set up the WhatsApp Business API account and integrated it with the Whatstool Business platform.

  • Open the Whatstool Business platform dashboard and navigate to the "Chats" section and Click on the "Start New Chat" button located in the top-right corner of the page.

  • Once you have entered the phone number, click on the "Next" button to initiate the chat.

  • This will navigate you to the channel selection page. Select the required channel from the available channels.

  • After selected the Channel select the associate template to the channel you want to send the chat particualrly.

  • The message will be sent to the chat, and a new chat will be started as soon as the user responds, and the 24-hour rule opens in the chat.
