4. How can we delete the uploaded media files?

• Open the WhatsTool Business app and navigate to the "setting" session.

  

• In Settings, tap on the "Media" option at the bottom of the screen.

  

• tap on three bottons the left top corner of the media item.

  

• A confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm that you want to delete the media file. Tap on "yes" to confirm.

  

• The media file will be permanently deleted from your account and cannot be recovered.
