2. What is the media file size limit in WhatsTool Business?

In WhatsTool Business Chat, you can add various types of media files to a message template, including:

  • Images: You can add JPEG, JPG, PNG, and GIF files to your message templates. The Image file should be less 5MB in size.

  • Videos: You can add MP4 video files to your message templates. The video file should be less 15MB in size.

  • Documents: You can add PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS, and XLSX files to your message templates. The Document file should be less 15MB in size.

  • Audio messages: You can record and upload voice messages up to 2 Min in length.
