Keywords to match

Entering the exact word or phrase to match in the chatbot will trigger it when a user types that word or phrase.

Step 1. Go to Automation and select the ChatBot.

Step 2. Select the interactive message.

Step 3. Enter the exact word to trigger the ChatBot and click on save.
