8. What is the “message order” option and how to use it?

Message Order​

Message order in the context of interactive chatbot messages refers to the sequence or arrangement in which messages are exchanged between a user and a chatbot during a conversation.

Step 1. Go to Automation and select the ChatBot.

Step 2. If there are multiple messages are connected to single button, Click on particular item.
